SAFETY
The downward trend over the last two years
Safety is the standard against which every other measure of our work is judged. Our current Experience
Modification Rate (EMR) is 0.74 (CPRE 5 Year EMOD Letter, effective January 1, 2026), well below the
industry average of 1.00. We track, report, and improve safety performance every year.
Verified Safety Statistics
Verified at this time: 2022 OSHA 300A. Zero recordable injuries across 96,314 hours worked, 45 average
employees. Industry NAICS 238210.
Other years’ OSHA recordables and TRIR are forthcoming. KJE will provide updated stats before the Safety page goes live.
